OUR HISTORY
Land Survey Services Corp. was incorporated in August 2017, building on professional construction surveying experience since 2007. Founder and Owner Julio Rodriguez began his career in construction layout in 2007, gaining extensive field experience across residential, commercial, high-rise, and heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. In 2015, Land Survey Services was established as a sole proprietorship before incorporating in 2017 to provide expanded service capacity, operational structure, and long-term support to developers, contractors, and engineering teams across Ontario.
